What Happens in a Monthly EFT Tapping Circle?

I talk a lot about my monthly EFT tapping circle – Connect + Clear – a gentle online women’s circle that blends tapping and Reiki for emotional healing – but if you’ve ever wondered what actually happens in these sessions, let me break it down for you.

Connect + Clear is a gentle, supportive women’s circle held online via Zoom each month. It blends EFT Tapping and Reiki Healing to help you ground, release, and reset. Think of it as a nourishing pause in your month – a space to soften, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

Let me break it down for you.

A Women’s Circle with a Tapping Twist

Joining a new group can feel a little intimidating, but I’ve designed Connect + Clear to be a safe, welcoming space. Whether you’re brand new to EFT or a regular tapper, you’ll be guided every step of the way.

Here’s what a typical session includes:

Grounding, Journaling & Intention Setting

We begin by settling into the space. I’ll guide you through a grounding meditation to help you land in your body and catch your breath.

You’ll then take a few minutes to journal and connect with your intention – what are you ready to release? What feeling or state do you want to call in? This step sets the tone for our tapping.

Group EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques)

Next, we tap together using group EFT based on how everyone is feeling that day.

I guide you through a few rounds of conscious tapping, intuitively weaving in your responses, shared themes, and energetic patterns I sense in the group. You simply tap and repeat after me.

Throughout the session, we pause to check in:

What’s shifting?
What’s coming up?
Are you feeling clearer, lighter, softer?

EFT is simple, but incredibly effective – even just a few rounds can create noticeable emotional release and inner calm.

Many women share that they feel deeply seen, not just in their own process, but in the reflections and stories of others in the circle. There’s something truly magical about group healing, and these little micro-sessions are always so powerful and we see things shift quickly!

Collective Reiki Energy Healing

After tapping, you’ll be invited to lie back or sit in stillness as I send collective Reiki healing to the group. This part of the session is deeply restful and intuitive.

You might feel tingles, warmth, waves of emotion, or even receive little “downloads” of clarity. I often channel intuitive guidance during this time and will share those insights with the group afterwards.

I always love to finish with a card pull, and close our space with everyone feeling connected, inspired and at peace.
