Presence is a 21 day journey, centered around helping you break your attachment to your phone and any other devices you feel reliant on.
Nowadays it's common place for all of us to use our devices as a prop to soothe anxiety, quell boredom or validate our needs. But most of us feel uncomfortable with the reliance we have on technology and are craving something deeper - a life that feels more expansive, more joyful, more turned on - away from the screens.
Presence will support you in breaking your screen addiction using the gentle but effective EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Tapping to make lasting, effective change.
Presence is a 21 Day Group Program and includes:

3 x 90 minute Group Calls throughout the 21 days, focused on helping you to dig deeper on what lies beneath the surface of your scrolling.

Weekly Emails setting you up for success. This includes journalling prompts, recorded EFT practises and actions you can take to reinforce the emotional and energetic work. This will support you to help you reconnect with the things that matter most to you.

I cannot recommend Presence enough to anyone who is wanting to improve their relationship to their phone but more importantly, themselves!
Erin created a beautiful space for us to explore the underlying reasons that we were using our devices and to see if we could meet our needs and address our emotions in new ways.

Presence was such an eye opening experience for me.
I truly thought my relationship with social media might change a little, but I was amazed at how much my whole relationship with my phone shifted. In three weeks I found myself less anxious, more motivated and more 'present' for my real life, which felt like such a big success for me.
